BigSky Management
- Our entire staff will treat you with respect and integrity.
- When our staff visits your property our equipment and employees will not degrade from the appearance of your
neighborhood. - The customer will know their account representative who will in turn know you and your property to the greatest extent
possible. - We will perform monthly inspections and provide reports of such to address any problems or issues should the need
arise. - Our phones are staffed during normal working hours Mon-Sun.
- All messages will be addresses the same day or will be returned within a 24 hour period.
- All e-mails received will be answered or addressed by management within 24 hours.
- Management meets daily to go over and address any and all issues pertaining to our customers' needs and wants.
- BigSky will put forth the greatest effort possible to ensure customer satisfaction.
